Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”), your personal data is processed by Printing Innovation Middle East Etiket ve Baskı Çözümleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, whose details are given below, in its capacity as data controller. This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

2. Who Does This Notice Cover?
- People who visit our website and fill in its forms (the trade fair invitation request form and the quote / contact form),
- People who visit our stand or request a meeting at trade fairs, exhibitions and similar events (for example ICFE 2027),
- Representatives and employees of our customers, prospective customers, suppliers and business partners.
Separate privacy notices apply to the processing of data relating to Company employees and job applicants.
3. Personal Data Processed, Purposes and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed for the purposes set out for each data category in the table below, on the legal grounds listed in Article 5 of the Law, in a manner that is relevant, limited and proportionate to those purposes.

No data is collected through our website for marketing purposes, and no commercial electronic messages are sent.
Please do not enter special categories of personal data such as health, religion or ethnic origin in the note and message fields of our forms or in correspondence. The Company has no intention of processing such data; if it is submitted, it will be deleted without being processed.
4. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected, by fully or partly automated means or by non-automated means as part of a data recording system, through the forms on our website (including the fair invitation request form and the quote / contact form), e-mail, phone, business cards you give us at fairs and meetings, quote, order and contract documents, and the technical records that are essential for the website to operate.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
5.1. Transfers within Türkiye
Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipient groups under Article 8 of the Law, limited to the purposes above and to the extent necessary:

5.2. Transfers abroad
Our website and its forms run on the hosting and security infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. The information you submit through the forms reaches the Company as e-mail via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates), which is used for our e-mail service. As the servers of these providers are located abroad, your identity, contact, customer transaction and transaction security data may be transferred to them. In addition, when the maps on our website are loaded at your request only, your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC.
These transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the Law within the framework of the standard contracts announced by the Personal Data Protection Board; the standard contracts are notified to the Board within 5 business days of signature.
6. Retention Periods
Your personal data is kept for the period required by the relevant legislation or by the purpose of processing; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.

7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the Law
As a data subject, by applying to the Company you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and request that the third parties to whom it was transferred be notified,
- Request deletion or destruction if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it was processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and request that the third parties to whom it was transferred be notified,
- Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because your personal data is processed unlawfully.
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing and in Turkish, by one of the following methods:

Your application must include your name, surname and signature; your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality and passport / ID number); your residential or business address for notifications; your e-mail, phone or fax number, if any; and the subject of your request.
Your application will be concluded as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 days at the latest. Applications are free of charge as a rule; however, if the process involves an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of the response and, in any case, within 60 days of the application date (Law Art. 14).
