Part B – Cookie Policy

10. What Is a Cookie?

Cookies are small text files that websites you visit save on your device through your browser. Similar technologies offered by browsers, such as session storage (sessionStorage), serve the same purpose; in this Policy the term “cookie” covers all of these technologies. Cookies may contain data such as device identifiers, IP address and browsing information that, alone or together with other data, can make you identifiable. For this reason, data processed through cookies is also considered personal data under the Law.

11. Types of Cookies and Legal Grounds

Only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies are used on the Site. Explicit consent is not required for these technologies, which are needed for the Site to work, to keep it secure and to provide the functions you request; the legal grounds are the establishment / performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). No functional, analytics, marketing or targeting cookies are used on the Site, which is why there is no cookie consent banner.

By duration, cookies are divided into session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) and persistent cookies (kept on the device for a set period); by who places them, into first-party cookies (placed by the Company) and third-party cookies (placed by service providers).

Google Maps: The maps on the Home, Contact and News pages are not loaded until you press the “Show map” button. When you press it, the map is provided by Google LLC; your IP address is then transmitted to Google and Google may set its own cookies. This processing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

The fonts on the Site are hosted on the Company’s own server, so no connection is made to font providers when pages load.
